Caregiver Responsibilities
As a caregiver at Absolute Care LLC, you will:
- Provide personal care assistance, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and mobility support.
- Ensure residents’ safety and respond promptly to their needs. Assist with meals while respecting residents’ choices and preferences.
- Administer or assist with medications in compliance with state guidelines.
- Engage residents in meaningful activities that bring joy and support their independence. Maintain a clean, safe, and nurturing environment within the home.
- Offer companionship with kindness and love, supporting both residents and their families.
What We’re Looking For
- Certified Caregiver (or willingness to obtain certification).
- Prior experience in assisted living or senior care preferred.
- A compassionate, respectful, and dependable nature.
- Strong commitment to our mission of providing care with Safety, Respect, and Love.
- Ability to work closely with a team and families for the well-being of residents.
